Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Fire & Life Safety (FLS) operations across multiple sites ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards
- Manage incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis for safety events
- Drive reduction of false fire alarms through data analysis and corrective actions
- Oversee emergency preparedness programs including drills, response plans, and audits
- Manage AED deployment, maintenance, and training programs across sites
- Conduct regular FLS inspections and ensure timely closure of corrective actions
- Maintain compliance documentation, reports, and safety dashboards
- Collaborate with project teams for fire safety integration in construction and building handover
- Implement EHS strategies aligned with global standards and client requirements
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with local safety regulations
- Lead ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation and audits
- Support incident investigations with detailed analysis and reporting
- Build strong stakeholder relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Train and develop fire wardens, first aiders, and safety personnel
- Drive continuous improvement in safety systems and operational processes
