Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Fire & Life Safety (FLS) operations across multiple sites ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards
  • Manage incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis for safety events
  • Drive reduction of false fire alarms through data analysis and corrective actions
  • Oversee emergency preparedness programs including drills, response plans, and audits
  • Manage AED deployment, maintenance, and training programs across sites
  • Conduct regular FLS inspections and ensure timely closure of corrective actions
  • Maintain compliance documentation, reports, and safety dashboards
  • Collaborate with project teams for fire safety integration in construction and building handover
  • Implement EHS strategies aligned with global standards and client requirements
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with local safety regulations
  • Lead ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation and audits
  • Support incident investigations with detailed analysis and reporting
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Train and develop fire wardens, first aiders, and safety personnel
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety systems and operational processes
