EDU Manager - EHI

Purpose of the Role:

• The EHI Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and delivery of Electrical Harness Installation (EHI) activities on assigned rail projects. This role ensures that harness design deliverables are completed on time, meet quality and technical standards, and are aligned with project cost and schedule commitments. Additionally, the position is responsible for managing EHI resources and contributing to the development of technical competencies within the team.

• Train Electrical Engineers (TEE)
• Project CDL (Chief Design Leader)
• Mechanical Designers
• Electrical Routing Designers
• Advanced Industrialization Teams
• Central Teams (for multi-site projects and transversal activities)
