ECMS-ETL Expert

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyze STTM (Source to Target Mapping) documents and understand business/data transformation requirements.
• Design and develop detailed test cases for validating source-to-target database transformations.
• Perform ETL and Data Warehouse testing to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Validate data migration and transformation processes across multiple data sources and targets.
• Execute SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation, and defect analysis.
• Provide detailed effort estimates based on project data requirements and testing scope.
• Understand end-to-end client data landscape and perform Test Data Management (TDM) assessments.
• Work with Azure Cloud environments for data validation and testing activities.
• Validate ETL workflows, data pipelines, and data integration processes.
• Collaborate with development, business, and QA teams to resolve data-related issues.
• Perform backend database testing using Oracle, Netezza, and SQL platforms.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, test scenarios, and defect reports.
• Identify, log, and track defects through closure while ensuring quality deliverables.
• Support regression testing, system testing, and integration testing activities.
• Work in Unix environments for executing scripts and validating ETL jobs.
