E-Commerce Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain all e-commerce activities accurately on computer systems
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Monitor online sales, customer interactions, and digital campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to optimize e-commerce performance
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company processes and standards in all e-commerce activities

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or related fields
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
