Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Dynatrace monitoring tools for enterprise applications
• Implement synthetic monitoring and alarm management solutions
• Define, tune, and optimize alerts for application performance monitoring
• Integrate Dynatrace alerts with incident management systems like ServiceNow
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues and recurring incidents
• Provide operational support for application performance and stability
• Collaborate with application and platform teams for issue resolution
• Monitor system health and ensure proactive issue detection
• Improve observability and monitoring strategies across applications
• Ensure adherence to ITIL-based incident and problem management processes
