Job Description:

1. Seeking for a highly skilled and experienced MS Dynamics Developer with a deep understanding of Healthcare/Member Domain.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 development and implementation (Sales & Customer Service).
3. Implementing and configuring various Power Platform solutions including Power Apps and Power Automate
4. Responsible for leading the technical architecture of our Contact Center applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
5. Define and document the overall technical architecture for MS Dynamics solutions, including integration with other systems and data sources.
6. Lead the design and development of complex MS Dynamics customizations and integrations.
7. Need to provide out of the box solutions and explaining to Clients for each requirement.
8. Provide expert guidance on Azure services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, to optimize cloud adoption.
9. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
10. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
11. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
12. Perform system analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of MS Dynamics solutions.
13. Identify and evaluate new technologies and industry trends to improve solution efficiency and effectiveness.
14. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
15. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 is a plus.
