Dynamics CRM Developer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications across Sales, Customer Service, and Custom Apps modules
• Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and C# customizations
• Perform Ribbon customization, sitemap editing, and application design
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems using Logic Apps, Azure Integration Services, and Function Apps
• Facilitate workshops, storyboarding, and prototyping for requirement gathering and solution design
• Debug existing issues, perform troubleshooting, and provide solutions to optimize application performance
• Work with Azure DevOps, XRMToolbox, Rest Builder, GIT, and TFS for version control, deployment, and CI/CD processes
• Support Agile delivery methodologies and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review sessions
• Contribute to business analysis activities and documentation of functional and technical specifications
• Stay updated with Microsoft certifications and leverage Power Platform capabilities for automation and app development
