Dynamics CRM Developer

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across Sales, Service, and custom modules

• Implement CRM configurations including forms, views, workflows, plugins, and business rules

• Design and manage integrations using Azure services like Logic Apps, Function Apps, and Integration Services

• Customize CRM UI components including Ribbon, sitemap, and app modules

• Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, and JavaScript-based client-side logic

• Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems using REST APIs and middleware solutions

• Work on Azure DevOps for CI/CD, version control, and deployment management

• Debug and resolve complex CRM issues across environments

• Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering, prototyping, and solution design

• Follow Agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning and delivery cycles
