Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented FP&A Manager with a proven track record in the US pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Gross-to-Net accounting, financial modelling, and product profitability analysis. Additional skills in tax-related matters, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial performance and forecasts.
•Oversee Gross-to-Net accounting processes, including the calculation and analysis of gross and net revenues, accruals, rebates, chargebacks, and other deductions.
•Conduct product profitability analysis to evaluate the financial performance of individual products, including pricing strategies, cost of goods sold, and contribution margins.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to develop and implement revenue recognition policies and practices in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
•Prepare and analyze Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, providing insights and recommendations to senior management on areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
•Develop and maintain financial models and forecasting tools to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
•Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the FP&A function, leveraging technology and automation where possible.
•Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in pharmaceutical accounting and FP&A.
