Job Description
- Manage daily front office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services
- Ensure high standards of customer service and address guest inquiries and complaints promptly
- Coordinate with various departments to maintain seamless hotel operations
- Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Manage room inventory and maximize occupancy rates
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations
- Handle VIP guests and authorize special courtesies when appropriate
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures
- Monitor and balance daily financial transactions and reports
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in all front office areas
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas
- Resolve conflicts and make decisions in high-pressure situations
- Promote upselling opportunities to enhance revenue
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or front office operations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in hotel management software and property management systems
