Job Description

  • Manage daily front office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and address guest inquiries and complaints promptly
  • Coordinate with various departments to maintain seamless hotel operations
  • Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Manage room inventory and maximize occupancy rates
  • Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations
  • Handle VIP guests and authorize special courtesies when appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures
  • Monitor and balance daily financial transactions and reports
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in all front office areas
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas
  • Resolve conflicts and make decisions in high-pressure situations
  • Promote upselling opportunities to enhance revenue
  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or front office operations
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and property management systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Demonstrated experience in financial management and budgeting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse guest needs
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Knowledge of local attractions and ability to provide concierge-level information to guests
