Duckcreek Policy & Billing QA

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute end-to-end test plans and test cases for Duck Creek Policy and Billing implementations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand policy and billing requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of Duck Creek Policy and Billing modules.
• Validate billing transactions, payment processing, invoicing, write-offs, and other essential billing functionalities.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Azure DevOps tools.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Support UAT phases and perform production validation as needed.
