Job Description
- Possess good knowledge of Software testing life cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies.
- Create comprehensive and well-structured test cases.
- Liaise with internal teams to analyze and understand technical requirements.
- Bug Reporting and tracking till closure.
- Candidate should possess knowledge of P&C Insurance domains on Duck Creek PAS, claims, billing, underwriting etc.
- Must have experience in test case design for Account setup, Payment plan, Invoice processing, Payment allocation and distribution, and follow up, Notices, Installment Schedule, and General Ledger setup.
- Good to have knowledge in testing of Direct Bill and Agency Bill and Commission processing.
- Good to have experience in testing Billing Integrations like batch Payment, onetime payment, credit and debit card payment, lockbox payment etc.
- Experience in test management tools like JIRA ALM Confluence.
- Good-to-have knowledge in XML.
- Experience in writing SQL scripts/queries is a plus.
