Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for DuckCreek applications
  • Analyze incidents and deliver effective technical solutions for issue closure
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather incident details and define resolutions
  • Ensure timely communication and updates to stakeholders throughout incident lifecycle
  • Support application stability and workflow execution in DuckCreek systems
  • Work in shift schedules (including early morning shifts) and client-site environment (3 days/week)
