Duck Creek Billing Architect

LOCATION: PAN INDIA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Solid understanding of the insurance domain, especially billing workflows and integration points.
• Design, configure, and develop scalable solutions within the Duck Creek Billing module to meet evolving business needs.
• Customize key components such as invoicing, billing rules, payment processing, and premium calculations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and system integrators to gather requirements and build seamless billing integrations.
• Integrate Duck Creek Billing with third-party systems such as policy admin, finance tools, and payment gateways.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and QA cycles to ensure delivery of high-quality, reliable solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to minimize billing disruptions.
• Stay updated with Duck Creek product enhancements, patches, and best practices.
• Contribute to process improvements and DevOps practices within the Duck Creek development team.
• 10+ years of software development experience, with strong expertise in Duck Creek Billing.
• Hands-on experience configuring and customizing Duck Creek Billing modules and components.
• Proficiency in C#, XML, JavaScript, SQL, and related tech stacks.
• Experience working with Duck Creek Policy or other modules is a strong plus.
• Duck Creek certifications (especially in Billing or Policy modules) are preferred.
