Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Drupal-based websites and applications, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Customize and extend Drupal modules, utilizing both core and contributed modules, to meet project requirements.
Design and implement responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Enhance website performance by identifying bottlenecks, implementing caching strategies, and fine-tuning server configurations.
Thoroughly test websites and applications to ensure functionality, usability, and quality assurance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by clients or stakeholders, ensuring timely solutions and effective communication throughout the process.
Stay updated with the latest Drupal trends, technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge within the development team.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
Demonstrable 6+ years of experience as a skilled Drupal Developer, showcasing successful Drupal-based projects in your portfolio.
Profound knowledge of Drupal 8/9/10, including hands-on experience with module development, site-building, and theming.
Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
Solid understanding of Drupals architecture, best practices, and coding standards.
Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Bonus experience in Drupal migration, performance optimization, and security best practices.
Drupal certification (eg, Acquia Certified Developer) is advantageous.
