Dot Net Core Developer

Black And White Business Solutions is seeking a highly skilled .NET Core Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for individuals with a strong background in architecting, developing, and enhancing enterprise-level applications using .NET Core 8.0 and related frameworks. You will be instrumental in leading REST API development, optimizing database solutions, driving cloud-native strategies, and ensuring robust security and performance across the application stack.

Job Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and enhance enterprise-level applications using .NET Core 8.0, leveraging frameworks such as MVC, Blazor, or Razor, and integrating Telerik Controls.
• Lead REST API development with a strong focus on building secure, scalable, and high-performance interfaces for various system interactions.
• Demonstrate strong exposure to JavaScript for comprehensive full-stack development.
• Design and optimize database solutions primarily using SQL Server, ensuring data integrity, performance, and efficiency.
• Implement and enforce API security best practices, including robust authentication, authorization, and comprehensive data protection mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the entire application stack, from front-end to back-end and database.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure the development of responsive, accessible, and highly user-friendly application designs.
• Guide the integration design for seamless communication between microservices, APIs, and third-party systems, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality.
• Lead code reviews and mentor developers to maintain consistently high code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices across the team.
• Drive cloud-native development strategies, including containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and deployment automation, to leverage the benefits of cloud platforms.
• Ensure best practices in API consumption and front-end integration, facilitating efficient and secure communication between various application layers.

Critical Skills to Possess

• Software Development Expertise: Extensive experience in software development with significant experience in a technical leadership capacity.
• Microservices Architecture: Proven experience with designing and implementing microservices architecture.
• Cloud-Native Development: Hands-on experience with cloud-native development on platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• .NET Core 8.0 Development: Deep proficiency in .NET Core 8.0 development.
• MVC/Blazor/Razor Framework Experience: Solid experience with MVC, Blazor, and/or Razor frameworks.
• JavaScript: Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Telerik Controls Implementation: Practical experience with implementing and customizing Telerik Controls.
• REST API Development and Security: Expertise in REST API development and implementing strong API security measures.
• SQL Server Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in SQL Server, including database design and query optimization.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging Skills: Exceptional troubleshooting and debugging abilities to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Integration Design and API Consumption Best Practices: Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices for API consumption and cross-system communication.
