- Drive high-volume hiring for SAP (ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, HCM) and other tech roles
- Run recruitment drives, virtual walk-ins, and bulk onboarding campaigns
- Source candidates via Naukri, FoundIT, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen and shortlist candidates, track pipeline using Ciepal ATS
