Domestic Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and other channels
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on client requirements and job descriptions
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer closure
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities
• Achieve weekly/monthly hiring targets within defined timelines

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in the Technical Recruiter.
• Experience working with clients like product based or Big4 companies
• Proven track record of successful candidate placements
• Strong sourcing and networking skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requirements simultaneously
• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
