Domestic It Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from sourcing to closing.
• Source candidates through ATS, job portals, LinkedIn, and headhunting techniques.
• Handle recruitment for niche and super-niche skills.
• Work with subcontracting and full-time employment (FTE) models.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and manage recruitment records in ATS.
• Ensure timely communication and coordination with candidates and clients.
