Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from sourcing to closing.
- Source candidates through ATS, job portals, LinkedIn, and headhunting techniques.
- Handle recruitment for niche and super-niche skills.
- Work with subcontracting and full-time employment (FTE) models.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and manage recruitment records in ATS.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination with candidates and clients.
