Key Responsibilities

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls in Hindi.
• Deliver outstanding customer support while addressing inquiries from customers.
• Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Accurately log call details and customer communications.
• Adhere to communication scripts and established guidelines to maintain uniformity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hindi (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Basic communication skills in English are advantageous.
• Fundamental computer skills are required, with knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
• Able to collaborate effectively in a team and manage customer grievances efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

Location: Kudlu Gate

* Must be a Graduate

* Proficiency in English and Hindi required

* Immediate joining preferred

* CTC of 19K in hand for Freshers

* CTC of 20K in hand for Experienced candidates

* Rotational week offs provided

* Day rotational shifts available
