Documentum D2 Consultant

Location – Bangalore

Notice Period – 30 days or currently should be serving notice period

Experience – 5-10 years

Primarily uses the Documentum D2 interface, and they expect Documentum Developers to be familiar and hands-on with D2 configuration, D2 customizations, D2-Rest and DFC development, along with strong Documentum core fundamentals. Experience with Documentum upgrades is also a valuable skill that can be considered for more effective screening. Additionally, candidates should preferably have good experience working with containers, Kubernetes, and Helm, ideally on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) but other clouds are also fine. It would be beneficial to consider these skills while screening candidate resumes specially in regards to experience in D2 and Kubernetes.

Job Title: Cloud Engineer – ECM- Documentum

Key Technical Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Developing and deploying Documentum applications on AKS is required.

• Strong skills in creating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO) are mandatory.

• Solid knowledge of Documentum Core Fundamentals is needed.

• Experience with Documentum upgrades, particularly in cloud environments, is essential.

• CKAD certification is an added advantage.

• Agile methodology experience is required.

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Expert knowledge of at least one cloud platform, preferably Azure.

• Skilled in designing and implementing cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory, and Azure SQL Database.

• Strong experience with containerization technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

• Experience working with microservices architecture.

• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

• Strong hands-on experience with Ansible.

• Skilled in applying architecture styles, software design patterns, and development best practices.

• Ability to evaluate technologies and perform trade-off analyses for architecture and design choices.

• Expertise in monitoring and logging tools such as AppDynamics, Grafana, ThousandEyes, and Log Analytics.

• Ability to design and implement security best practices, particularly for oil and gas compliance requirements.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
