Job Description

• Design, develop, and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and rules aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.

• Review and update existing DLP governance frameworks to ensure effectiveness and compliance.

• Establish and maintain a structured governance model for DLP policy enforcement and monitoring.

• Ensure alignment of DLP policies with company security standards, legal, and regulatory obligations.

• Manage changes in DLP policies and ensure proper communication and implementation across departments.

• Collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, and Data Privacy teams to integrate DLP into overall security strategy.

• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on DLP-related governance and compliance matters.

• Monitor effectiveness of DLP controls and generate reports with improvement recommendations.

• Work with implementation teams to ensure correct deployment of DLP policies and rules.

• Reconcile existing policies with business requirements and coordinate with respective policy owners.

• Develop review mechanisms to continuously evaluate policy effectiveness and compliance.
