Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Administration
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and facilities operations across the district.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and supervise district-level administrative and facilities staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support employee development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
Facilities Management
- Ensure maintenance, safety, and functionality of all district facilities.
- Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and vendor services.
- Optimize utilization of resources and manage facility budgets.
Budgeting & Reporting
- Prepare and manage district budgets for administration and facilities.
- Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial compliance.
- Generate reports on operational performance, facility status, and team activities for senior management.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Address escalations and resolve operational or facility-related issues.
- Support strategic initiatives to improve processes and enhance service quality.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in administration, facilities, or operations management.
- Strong knowledge of facility management, administrative processes, and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
