Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative and facilities operations across the district.
  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead and supervise district-level administrative and facilities staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support employee development.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.

Facilities Management

  • Ensure maintenance, safety, and functionality of all district facilities.
  • Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and vendor services.
  • Optimize utilization of resources and manage facility budgets.

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Prepare and manage district budgets for administration and facilities.
  • Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial compliance.
  • Generate reports on operational performance, facility status, and team activities for senior management.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Address escalations and resolve operational or facility-related issues.
  • Support strategic initiatives to improve processes and enhance service quality.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in administration, facilities, or operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of facility management, administrative processes, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
