Disaster Recovery (DR) Solution Architect

Responsibilities include , but are not limited to:

• Supports developing and maintaining technology roadmap according to the respective Service Strategies of a specific function/platform
• Perform the operational health, deployment and lifecycle of the technology and/or platform solutions
• Design and deploy technology solutions and act as L4 support during major and critical incidents
• Automation of service deployments and management to enable modern delivery flows, with a goal of providing efficiency, flexibility and speed at the lowest aggregate cost
• Act as individual contributor executing service operations processes and oversight
• Coordinating between multiple stakeholders in getting the DR solutions designed, deployed and implemented
• Main responsibility for the preparation of DR Plans for specific applications and sites (datacenters) - step by step procedures for DR testing and real DR situation

Minimum Requirements

What you ll bring to the role:

• 3+ years of experience with IT infrastructure solutions design
• 3+ years of experience in area of (Business Continuity) and IT Disaster Recovery
• Knowledge and understanding of technologies that ensure availability resiliency in area of virtualization, operating systems and databases - VMware, Site Recovery Manager, Oracle DataGuard, SQL Always on, Network, Storage
• Knowledge and understanding of technologies that ensure availability resiliency in Azure and AWS
• Experience with DR Plans preparation for specific applications and sites (datacenters) - step by step procedures for DR testing and real DR situation
• + IT project management and strategic planning experience
• Communication in English
