Director/Senior Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end medical operations including patient care delivery, staffing, and resource management.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, quality of care, and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and achieve organizational objectives.
• Analyze operational data, KPIs, and clinical metrics to identify improvement opportunities and optimize workflows.

• Lead initiatives to improve clinical processes, service quality, and operational excellence.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance within the medical operations team.
• Support strategic planning and decision-making for healthcare service delivery.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless healthcare operations.
