Director, Operating Model Optimisation

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Model Design & Optimization: Lead diagnostics and assessments to design and implement target operating models aligned with business strategy.
• Business Transformation: Identify business challenges and drive transformation programs including automation, technology enhancements, and process improvements.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to influence decision-making and ensure alignment with transformation goals.
• Data & Analytics: Utilize data analysis to generate insights, define performance metrics, and support decision-making processes.
• Program Leadership: Lead teams and workstreams to deliver large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple business units and geographies.
• Financial & Business Acumen: Develop business cases, conduct scenario modelling, and evaluate P&L impacts to support investment decisions.
• Communication & Change Management: Drive change initiatives with strong storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Innovation & Technology Integration: Leverage automation and AI to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
