Director, Operating Model Optimisation

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Model Design: Lead holistic operating model assessments and target operating model development aligned with strategic objectives.
• Business Transformation: Diagnose business challenges, identify improvement opportunities across people, process, technology, and governance, and implement change programs.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior stakeholders, build consensus, and influence organizational change through exceptional communication and relationship management.
• Data & Analytics: Translate complex operational data into actionable insights; establish performance metrics and measurement frameworks to evaluate operating model effectiveness.
• Automation & AI Integration: Leverage automation and AI solutions to improve operational outcomes and efficiency.
• Financial & Investment Acumen: Conduct scenario modeling, benefit quantification, and business case development; assess P&L impacts and navigate investment approval processes.
• Program Leadership: Lead unit teams or workstreams in the delivery of transformation programs, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
