Director - Medical Affairs

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive medical affairs strategies aligned with organizational business goals
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with clinical, regulatory, commercial, and operational teams to ensure effective implementation of medical initiatives
• Provide expert medical guidance on clinical risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and medical governance
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance, quality standards, and ethical medical practices across all operations
• Monitor and analyze healthcare market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support strategic decision-making
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and industry stakeholders
• Drive excellence in medical operations and contribute to improving patient care outcomes
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing medical teams to foster a culture of accountability and excellence
