Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial operations of a large back-office finance team based in Pune
• Coordinate closely with international finance teams across the US, UK, UAE, and Asia
• Ensure compliance with global accounting standards and internal controls
• Drive operational excellence and streamline finance processes across regions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and strategic finance initiatives
• Build strong partnerships across cross-functional and global teams
• Manage audits, statutory compliance, and regulatory reporting
• Play a strategic role in financial decision-making and corporate governance
