Dir DDIT Dev CE AQS - Platforms Delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute technology delivery for business systems, platforms, and processes for responsible business domain/function(s).
• Partner with senior business stakeholders, platform strategy owner and TT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation, and funding estimates.
• Partner with relevant Technology Service/Solutions Delivery teams to ensure that the product is delivered as per platform strategy and balances the sophisticated needs of Key Markets, need for reuse across other priority markets and cost effectively scale at speed to remaining midsize/small markets.
• Ensure on time, within budget, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of portfolio for responsible Business domain / functions.
• Ensure services, solutions, platforms, products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact.
• Run efficient DevOps for platforms, products, or systems ensuring availability and optimal performance for responsible Domain / functions.
• Establish governance structure for projects, operations, etc. with right stakeholder representation for responsible Domain / functions.
• Track, report, and deliver against agreed success factors and KPIs for various stakeholders for responsible Domain / functions.
• Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing deploying new solutions and services.
• Take accountability to ensure adherence to Security, Quality and Compliance policies and procedures within the Service Delivery scope.

Essential Requirements

Education Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a computer science, engineering or information technology discipline. An advanced degree and related accreditations a plus.
• Proven track record of broad industry experience and excellent understanding of complex enterprise IT landscapes and relationships.
• Advises peers and senior parties on complex issues, provides complex, contextual advice to influence the management of IT Services, applications, and systems across business domains.

Experience

• 12+ years in delivering and managing complex IT platforms/landscape/solutions in the pharma industry
• 5+ years working with Clinical Data and Data science / Analytics platforms; Experience with end-to-end Development processes and IT landscape and technologies across functional areas through the drug development continuum is critical to success in role
• Strong knowledge of data science platforms and ability to bring together expertise and provide respected technical and professional guidance to external and/or internal stakeholders.
• Strong experience in leading and managing complex application/platform landscape in a DevOps framework with CI/CD
• Solid experience in leading cross functional teams and large vendor engagement to ensure smooth service management
• Ability to interact with diverse internal and external audience to interpret and communicate complex information
• Solid Program management and oversight experience
• Experience working across matrixed functional and IT teams and leading by influence to enable technical capability.
