Role Responsibilities

1. Monitor and troubleshoot Windows and virtual environments.
2. Perform kernel patching and storage updates.
3. Automate routine tasks using scripts.
4. Escalate unresolved issues and collaborate with L3 SMEs.

Job Requirements

1. Graduate in Engineering or Science.
2. OS 201 and Windows Server Administration certification preferred.
3. Hands-on experience with virtualization and antivirus tools.
4. Strong documentation and compliance tracking skills.
