Digital Reference Flow Lead AE

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Requirements

• Interface with customers to gather and understand digital reference flow requirements.
• Capture, analyze, and scope effort for reference flow development.
• Provide technical guidance and support for digital implementation flows.

Digital Implementation Flow Development

• Develop baseline reference flows for ASIC digital implementation.
• Work on end-to-end flow stages including synthesis, floorplanning, CTS, place & route, timing closure, and power planning.
• Optimize flows for Performance, Power, and Area (PPA) targets.

EDA Tool Usage & Support

• Work with EDA tools such as Genus, Innovus, Tempus, Voltus and related toolchains.
• Debug and optimize digital implementation flows using industry-standard tools.

Documentation & Enablement

• Create detailed documentation explaining flow steps, theory, and command usage.
• Enable customers to effectively adopt and use reference flows.

Technical Problem Solving

• Resolve complex digital implementation and timing closure issues.
• Support advanced node (7nm and below) design challenges where applicable.
