Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee network technology management, ensuring readiness for technology rollouts and scope expansions.
  • Troubleshoot network issues using knowledge documents and KEDBs, implementing solutions and updating tickets.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to L3 Network SMEs, coordinating with third-party vendor technicians if necessary.
  • Ensure strict adherence to processes, regularly updating tickets and preparing shift handover reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or MCA.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Service Provider, ACSP, or JNCIS-ENT.
  • Proficiency in network administration, ticketing systems, and troubleshooting for Meraki, Cisco, Dell, and Aruba switches.
  • Strong communication skills to manage escalation processes and collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
