Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall network technology and ensure readiness for technology rollouts and scope expansions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, implementing solutions based on knowledge documents and KB articles.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to L3 Network SMEs and assist in the troubleshooting process.
  • Adhere to processes for ticketing, ensuring timely updates and closure while maintaining SLA compliance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or MCA.
  • Certifications such as CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Service Provider, ACSP, or JNCIS-ENT.
  • Proficiency in network administration and troubleshooting for Meraki, Cisco, Dell, and Aruba switches.
  • Strong communication skills to work with vendors and industry experts, proposing improvements and managing tickets efficiently.
