Digital Network & Security - SME (NS1)

Role Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor, investigate, and troubleshoot logs in Windows, VMware, and HyperV environments.
• Perform kernel patching and add storage as per database requirements.
• Automate monitoring tasks using scripting techniques.
• Collaborate with L3 SMEs for unresolved issues and assist in coordinating with third-party vendors.
• Ensure adherence to process compliance, including ticket updates, action plans, and SLA monitoring.

Job Requirements

• Graduate in Engineering or Science; Postgraduate preferred.
• OS 201, Windows Server Administration, and Virtualization certifications are desirable.
• Strong experience in Windows, VMware, antivirus management, and troubleshooting.
• Effective communication skills for process compliance, issue resolution, and vendor coordination.
