Digital Network & Security - Senior Administrator (NS3)

Role Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and investigate logs for Windows, VMware, and Hyper-V environments.
• Conduct troubleshooting and resolution steps for identified issues, updating tickets with outcomes.
• Automate monitoring tasks through scripting to improve efficiency.
• Support escalations to L3 SMEs for unresolved or complex issues, coordinating with third-party vendors as needed.
• Ensure full process compliance through detailed documentation, SLA tracking, and ticket resolution.

Job Requirements

• Graduate in Engineering or Science.
• Desirable certifications: OS 201, Windows Server Administration, VMware Virtualization Fundamentals.
• Experience with antivirus management, system monitoring, virtualization, and troubleshooting.
• Strong skills in network security, process compliance, and proactive issue resolution.
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage service tickets for efficient incident handling.
