Digital Network & Security - Administrator (NS1)

Role Responsibilities

• Perform proactive monitoring and log investigations for Windows, VMware, and Hyper-V environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues by identifying root causes and applying appropriate resolution steps.
• Automate monitoring tasks using scripting to improve operational efficiency.
• Support escalation to L3 SMEs for unresolved issues and assist in troubleshooting with vendor coordination.
• Maintain process compliance by regularly updating tickets, preparing detailed reports, and adhering to SLA guidelines.

Job Requirements

• Graduate in Engineering or Science.
• Desirable certifications: OS 201, Windows Server Administration, VMware Virtualization Fundamentals.
• Experience with antivirus management tools, kernel patching, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of network security and virtualization technologies.
• Proficient in incident management, process compliance, and working within defined escalation matrices.
