Digital Marketing Executive- Hyderabad- 2 – 3 Years- 8-10lpa

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Strategy: 

Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote our design and development services.

Content Creation: 

Content Creation and Social Media Management: Create compelling content to cultivate our social media presence over LI, Facebook, X etc. Monitor and analyse the performance of these marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Lead Generation:

 Identify and target potential clients through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, events, and partnerships.

Market Research: 

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive analysis.

Brand Management:

 Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.

Collaboration:

 Work closely with the sales and development teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Events & Webinars:

 Plan and execute events, webinars, and other promotional activities offline and online to showcase our services and expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA (Preferred)
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the software development or IT services industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exposure or knowledge of marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, MailChimp, etc.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure or Knowledge with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with software development processes and terminology
• LOCATION: Work from office- Hyderabad.
