Role Overview:

We are hiring a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to oversee and strengthen our digital presence. The successful candidate will have practical experience in social media marketing, email campaigns, Google Ads, SEO basics, WhatsApp marketing, along with strong working proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Run email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp; ensure proper segmentation, automation, and reporting.
• Handle Google Ads campaigns covering Search, Display, and Remarketing.
• Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and generate regular performance reports.
• Apply basic SEO practices such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and traffic tracking.
• Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns using the Interakt tool to support automation and customer communication.
• Coordinate with the design team and video editors to produce creative content, reels, banners, and promotional videos.
• Coordinate with vendors on digital marketing activities such as paid campaigns, website updates, and branding initiatives.
• Create professional presentations (PPT), maintain Excel-based reports, and prepare official Word documents.
• Assist with end-to-end digital marketing efforts to improve brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
• Hands-on knowledge of Mailchimp, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Interakt, and social media platforms/tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Excellent proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Strong communication, creativity, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
