Digital Content Specialist

Summary:

The primary role of a digital content specialist involves the creation, development, and management of content for specific websites. A successful content specialist ensures a well-structured, user-friendly online presence that features pertinent and engaging content.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and publish content, while adhering to the data governance guidelines set forth by the website owner(s).
• Create, develop, and manage content for designated websites.
• Offer consultation in web content management and ensure that brand, legal, information security, and document retention standards are met in the content produced.
• Collaborate with customer experience architects and creative agencies to design and deliver essential web content.

Education & Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience is preferred. 2-4 years of related experience is required.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, negotiation skills, customer service experience, and interpersonal proficiency.
• Basic capacity to work autonomously and effectively manage one's time.
• Fundamental understanding of principles and methods related to promoting and selling products or services.
• Basic familiarity with media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
• Experience with .Net Core, Asp.Net, SQL Server/MySQL, Kafka, Kubernetes, and AWS.
