Digital Business Analyst

 Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise in Agile/Lean Scrum methodologies, including creating Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Define business-driven acceptance criteria and collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Creative teams to deliver digital solutions.
• Manage and refine the product backlog in partnership with Product Owners, including conducting backlog refinement sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, GTOM, Internal IT, and QRS throughout project delivery.
• Design workflows and process maps for new features or product enhancements.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents aligned with SSDLC, GTOM compliance documentation, training materials, and knowledge base content.
• Identify and manage risks, recommending controls and mitigations through RAID logs.
• Support an inclusive team culture, mentor junior resources, and build strong stakeholder networks for efficient decision-making.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance product efficiency and team productivity.
• Maintain a continuous improvement mindset to refine internal processes.
