DevOps/Automation QA Engineer (Microsoft Dynamics)

We are seeking a skilled DevOps/Automation QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) Modules, particularly Customer Insights (Journeys and Data) and Sales. A deep understanding of Sales and Marketing domains is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage DevOps and automation QA solutions using MS Azure and Power Platform to meet business requirements.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts for projects involving MSD Modules, including Customer Insights (Journeys and Data) and Sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps and QA practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to development and operations teams.
• Conduct regular reviews of systems, processes, and test results to ensure alignment with best practices and business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in DevOps, automation QA, MS Azure, Power Platform, and related technologies

Skills

• Hands-on experience with MSD Modules, specifically Customer Insights (Journeys and Data) and Sales.
• Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing domains.
• Proven experience in implementing DevOps and automation QA solutions using MS Azure and Power Platform.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications in DevOps, automation QA, MS Azure, and Power Platform.
• Experience with other MSD Modules and related technologies.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
