DevOps Team Lead and Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence.
• Designed, implemented, and managed cloud-based infrastructure on AWS and Azure to support our applications and services.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitOps, and other tools to automate application deployment and monitoring.
• Implement logging and monitoring solutions to ensure the health and performance of our infrastructure and applications.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve deployment processes, system reliability, and application performance.
• Lead efforts in infrastructure automation, configuration management, and continuous improvement of our DevOps practices.
• Act as a vocal advocate for DevOps best practices across the organization, driving initiatives to enhance our technology stack and operational processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application deployment, environment configuration, and infrastructure management issues.
• Stay up-to-date with DevOps tools, technologies, and trends, and evaluate their potential impact on our operations.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience in DevOps, with a strong background in cloud services (AWS, Azure).
• Proven experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitOps, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Extensive knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar.
• Strong scripting and automation skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a diverse audience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a plus but not required.
