DevOps Support Engineer

What You'll Do

• Monitor and maintain cloud-based infrastructure, including servers, databases, and networks to ensure high availability and performance.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, deployment, and testing processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to software applications and systems.
• Troubleshoot software, system, and infrastructure issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Implement and manage monitoring and logging tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for software applications and systems, including user manuals, technical specifications, and system diagrams.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical production systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies.
