DevOps Platform Engineer

Description

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Platform Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and managing our cloud infrastructure, automating deployment processes, and ensuring the reliability of our applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage cloud infrastructure solutions on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Automate deployment processes using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of services.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of new applications and features into the existing infrastructure.
• Implement security best practices and manage access controls for cloud resources.
• Participate in the planning and execution of disaster recovery and backup strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in DevOps or related fields.
• Strong experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Deep understanding of networking concepts and cloud architecture.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
