DevOps Engineer with Python

Description

We are hiring an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong background in Python to join our team in India. The successful candidate will automate and optimize our operations and workflows, and will also build and maintain tooling to support deployment, monitoring, and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management with solutions such as Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
• Track and analyze system performance and resolve issues using monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration between development and operations.
• Apply security best practices across DevOps processes and infrastructure.
• Create and maintain documentation, including processes, runbooks, and technical designs.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in DevOps engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting.
• Strong experience with cloud services including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Practical experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting and communicate clearly.
