DevOPs Engineer

We’re seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in AI and software development to join our fast-moving team. As a GenAI Engineer, you will be accountable for designing, building, and deploying AI-powered solutions. Through your expertise, you will help accelerate company growth and ensure we remain at the leading edge of AI technology.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop cutting-edge AI applications and models using generative AI techniques.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Develop, implement, and fine-tune AI algorithms and models to deliver high performance and accuracy.
• Perform comprehensive testing and debugging to maintain reliability and stability across AI systems.
• Deploy AI solutions within existing software architectures and verify smooth, end-to-end functionality.
• Keep pace with the latest advances in AI and machine learning, and propose forward-thinking improvements.
• Create, document, and maintain technical documentation for AI projects to enable knowledge transfer and effective collaboration.
• Offer technical support and mentorship to junior team members to strengthen a collaborative team environment.
• Ensure AI development follows relevant industry standards and established best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a strong focus on AI and machine learning.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record in AI application development.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ for AI development.
• Deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their practical use cases.
• Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or other AI-specific domains is preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design effective and efficient AI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Self-driven and motivated, with a strong interest in staying current with AI trends and advancements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and apply new technologies and evolving industry practices.
