Devops Engineer

CI/CD Pipeline Development & Management

• Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for software and ML workflows.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes to accelerate release cycles.
• Implement data and model versioning for reproducibility.

Infrastructure Automation

• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Optimize cloud-based environments (preferably Azure) for performance and cost.
• Support ML workflows using MLflow, TFX, and cloud-based ML services.

Monitoring & Incident Response

• Implement and manage monitoring systems using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability of services.
• Monitor data pipelines and ML model performance for drift or degradation.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work cross-functionally with development, QA, IT, data engineering, and data science teams.
• Promote DevOps and MLOps best practices and culture.
• Ensure smooth integration between experimental ML models and production systems.

Security & Compliance

• Integrate DevSecOps practices into CI/CD and infrastructure management.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external security standards and guidelines.

Performance Optimization

• Optimize system reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis for system and model failures.
• Manage and retrain ML models to respond to real-world data changes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, MLOps, or a related engineering role.

Technical Skills

• CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
• Languages: Python, Go (or similar scripting languages)
• Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
• Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, ELK Stack, CloudWatch
• ML Platforms: MLflow, TFX, SageMaker
• Model Serving: TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, ONNX Runtime
• Version Control: Git, Git branching strategies
• DevSecOps: Security automation, compliance integration
• Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
