Devops Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps Architect with a background in Telecom and Digital Transformation to lead the design, development, and implementation of secure, scalable DevSecOps practices. The ideal candidate will define automation strategies, integrate security into CI/CD pipelines, and enable continuous improvement in system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, develop, and design DevSecOps metrics, policies, processes, and procedures.
• Provide expert consultancy on DevOps tool evaluation, selection, and adoption.
• Establish and implement standards for build, deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop and document CI/CD strategies, including infrastructure as code (IaC) management.
• Analyze and evaluate security threats, vulnerabilities, impacts, and associated risks.
• Design and integrate automated security checks and tools into the CI/CD pipelines.
• Define monitoring and support practices for all deployed systems and DevOps infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development teams to build and maintain automated CI/CD systems.
• Deliver end-to-end automation for deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure in cloud/on-prem environments.
• Develop custom scripts to enhance system efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
• Identify system bottlenecks, recommend and implement solutions.
• Engage with clients and internal IT teams for issue resolution and continuous improvement.
